When you sign up: name, email address, phone number (optional), business name. We also collect publicly available reviews and mentions of your business from open online sources.

When your guests respond to surveys, we collect their answers. We do not collect personally identifiable information from guests unless they choose to provide it.

How we use your data

We use your information to deliver our service: analyse reviews, build personalised surveys, and send insights. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Data storage and security

Data is stored on servers within the UK and EU with industry-standard encryption. We retain data for as long as your account is active, and up to 12 months after cancellation.

Your rights

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The only data collected is what you voluntarily submit through our sign-up form.

Zero Eight provides a feedback intelligence platform: review analysis, personalised survey creation, insight delivery, and reporting.

Subscriptions and billing

First month is free with no credit card required. After the trial, you will be billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security. You agree not to use Zero Eight unlawfully.

Our responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Zero Eight available. Insights and recommendations are guidance only — business decisions remain your responsibility.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your business data. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data to deliver the service.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via hello@zeroeight.co. No refunds for partial months.
